The military-site restriction excludes Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland Chinese nationals; do not register or plan travel unless you meet the published entry rules. The public programme has 42.195 km, 23 km, 10 km and untimed 3 km categories; 23 km is not a standard half marathon. Under-18 entrants need parental consent. The exact current rules invite online applications until 1 December 2026 or capacity, with payment required within three days. Military personnel have separately reserved benefits, but the event is not restricted to service personnel. No price offer or remaining-stock guarantee is made.
