The organiser also lists a 3K race with a 25-minute limit. The half marathon has a 3:05 limit. Eligible donors can apply for the advertised hometown-tax half-marathon allocations. Advance-entry channels, including overseas entry, are closed; the next ordinary-entry phase starts on 6 November 2026. The open label does not mean ordinary entry has already reopened or guarantee remaining places.
