The current government rules confirm 22 November 2026 at Renhe's Tiaoxi Greenway, starting and finishing at Zhihui Dongli Park sports and cultural centre. The 5 km course is untimed with activity checkpoints; 10 km is chip-timed. The published entry deadline is 16 November or capacity. Entry is through the official WeChat mini-program found by searching 中体合和; its operative entry state was not read, so this listing remains announced. Rules require Chinese nationality, valid identity documents and a county-level-or-higher medical report including ECG and blood pressure issued within six months. Race-pack pickup asks for a second-generation identity card. The 5 km rules state age6–65 with parental consent for minors and accompaniment for age6–13; the10 km rules state age14–65. The printed birth-date limits may not match those age labels; entrants must confirm eligibility directly. No unrestricted foreign-entry or free-price claim is made.
