The current organizer programme and public application form advertise entry for the public 5K and 10K categories, subject to eligibility and capacity. The first form page expressly allows applicants without a registration code to continue; no form was progressed. Student entrants need a valid Hong Kong full-time student card, and under-18s need parent/guardian consent. The 2K Chairman’s Shield and disciplined-forces 10K are invitation-only. Advertised acceptance is not a guarantee of remaining places.
