The city’s current 73 rd-edition page explicitly says applications have ended. General RUNNET entry closed on 31 October 2026; its separate Yuzureru transfer period ended on 2 November at 23:59. The city also lists the hometown-tax donation route with an earlier 17 October donation cutoff and 31 October entry cutoff. Current starter recruitment is an event role, not a race entry.
