The current 2027 Japanese rules name ten co-organizers under 主催 and list the executive committee separately under 主管. The route starts in front of the prefectural office and finishes at GIKEN Stadium. The English page's course panel is explicitly labelled as previous 2026 information. General and overseas entry ended on 31 October 2026; the linked JTB channel explicitly says Outside the application period. The 8 November tax-route form is only for eligible donors who completed the 31 October donation deadline, not a new public allocation.
