The dedicated registration programme lists physical OPEN 3K, 5K, 10K and 21K categories, separate from uniformed-service and virtual entries. Its visible current registration area explicitly says Registration closed and registration is not open for this event right now. This supports closed registration on Race Link PH, operated by Racelink Sports Promotion Services; it is not a stock guarantee or a claim about unpublished alternative channels. The formal race organizer remains unconfirmed, so this is a partial listing. Entry prices are not verified.
