The official category table lists 42.195 km, 21 km and 10 km for the running groups. The 3.5 km category is explicitly the walking group, not a running race. The published 21 km is retained rather than assumed to be a certified 21.0975 km half. No separate course-certification guarantee is made. Check current edition eligibility and pack arrangements before travel.
