Domestic RUNNET entry is closed, but the organizer currently advertises a separate overseas-residents marathon allocation via JTB AMARYS. That authorized 42.195 km channel displays an active entry control and accepts applications until 9 November 2026, subject to capacity and eligibility. This does not reopen domestic 5 km or 1.5 km entry and is not a guarantee of remaining places.
