Regular entry has not opened on 3 November. The half-marathon resident ballot is 6–9 November; general first-come entry starts at 20:00 JST on 19 November and ends at capacity or 10 December. The 1.6 km pair ballot is 19–26 November, with priority for pairs whose primary-school child lives in Nerima. The half accepts all nationalities, requires birth on or before 1 April 2011 and a 2h30 finish; minors need guardian consent. The 1.6 km pairs consist of a primary-school child and a junior-high-school-age or older runner, with a 15-minute limit. RUNNET membership and a separate system fee apply. A separate advertised hotel-entry plan has a past-dated booking link and was not verified; no availability or price offer is claimed for that channel.
